This program provides a one-time grant of up to $1,500 for K-12 public school district and charter school students to use towards allowable educational expenses. We have LOTS of fun learning taking place at HPES! Kindergartners in Mrs. John's class were writing, drawing, and labeling four of their favorite things. While, 5th graders in Mrs. Hartmann's class were coding different choreography for robots in Mrs. Martin's TI class. We love to see our students practicing creativity, innovation, and collaboration!π #TogetherWeROAR

Metro Theater Company visited HPES this morning to perform Maddi's Fridge for all elementary students! Along with this performance, our students have been learning about giving back and helping others these last two weeks by participating in a canned food drive. To wrap up the fun, we enjoyed a special lunch of "Cheesy Pizza Bombs," in reference to a special meal in the story Maddi's Fridge. Shout out to Mrs. Liz Murphy for organizing all of these wonderful experiences for our students. It has been an awesome two weeks!

Chartwells is promoting eating breakfast at School with a "Breakfast Scratch Off" game. Students that eat breakfast in the Cafeteria receive a scratch off ticket with a chance to win snacks and prizes. Students bring the tickets to lunch and pick out prizes indicated on their scratch off tickets. Breakfast if FREE to all Hancock Place Students!
HP alumni shared their unique paths to where they are today. Thanks Mr. Ryan Gibbs for organizing! Our children can accomplish their goals! Positive role models, advice, and knowing that we all have challenges to overcome and plans to achieve! NJHS members were fantastic!
